One of the restaurants on campus has this every Thursday for breakfast. It will change your life.

Biscuit
Gravy
Hash browns
Sausage
Over easy egg
Smothered in gravy again
Topped with Hotsauce and Pepper.

It may kill me, but damn it's good

The top pic is a chopped salad with some chicken added and an avocado vinaigrette sauce. The bottom is a pork carnitas taco with confit, jowl, chicharron, salsa verde, and chilmole on it.

The watermelon threw me off. I was thinking pineapple soaked in something that would make it pink, like wine or port.
