From one of our local Italian restaurants: The "Godfather" Its a delicious hot sandwich consisting of breaded veal, artichokes, mushrooms, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, peppers, onions, and provolone cheese.

The top pic is a chopped salad with some chicken added and an avocado vinaigrette sauce. The bottom is a pork carnitas taco with confit, jowl, chicharron, salsa verde, and chilmole on it.

The watermelon threw me off. I was thinking pineapple soaked in something that would make it pink, like wine or port.
