Is it like a ham (slice to eat), or is it something you would pull apart (pulled pork?

bone-in ribeye for 1 last night.

I'm gonna vote for the funniest frog with the loudest croak on the highest log.

Looks like a pretty massive burger. Egg, bacon, guac?

It is massive but not a burger. From a local BBQ place:

The Mother Clucker

Spiked & smoked chicken thigh filet with spicy bbq mayo, cheddar cheese, topped with an over easy fried egg and served on toasted jalapeno cheese sourdough. Upgrade it with house-made guacamole and candied bacon! (Thick cut bacon dredged in our rib rub and then smoked until it caramelizes).

Usually I get the sandwich they call the Ex-Wife which is sliced brisket and pulled pork.

All this bbq is reminding me of this one time I went to Austin, and the fried chicken...

Craving #friedchicken today... Throwback to that one time in #austin, @lucysfriedchick. I can really get behind #pickles in everything. by Pursuit of This, on Flickr

Just dug up this picture from 12 years ago, with my first real camera, a Nikon D70 (6 megapixels, baby!).

Just dug up this 12 year old photo of a lady making #somtum #papayasalad on the beach in #phuket #thailand. #foodventures #wanderlust by Pursuit of This, on Flickr

Maybe chicken and waffles is more your speed?

Sage fried chicken over bacon waffles (bacon cooked right into the waffle) at Hash House A Go Go in Las Vegas.

I like Hash House A Go Go.

I hate waiting for a table at Hash House A Go Go.

I've only ever had the chicken and waffles. As far as I'm concerned, that's the only thing on the menu.

They have a location that's off strip, about 20 minutes out driving through their China Town. Usually no wait there.

Or, you can hit them up at 4 am after a night of partying. They're open 24 hours.

Their eggs Benedict are good too. Huge fluffy biscuits, gravy, poached eggs, and fried chicken on top.

Southwest eggs benedict. Corn English muffing, gridded adobo pork chop, chorizo, waffle cut sweet potatoes and chorizo/queso fresco stuffed sweet corn cake.

Yes they are. We also use them to make a variation of Italian nachos.

All turf sushi. My wife is allergic to most seafood, so I made her sushi with beef tenderloin, chicken and pork.
