While this meal eats just fine, it isn't cooked and presented to my expectations. Can't all be winners I guess. Shoot

^^^ It's really delicious. Fresh made tartar sauce and a little Old Bay seasoning along with the lemon juice on the fish. Chips cooked in white wine vinegar is delicious too. I just should have cooked in batches at a slightly higher temp and left the chips in the oven for 2-3 more minutes longer. I'll know next time I guess. ... kinda makes me want to drop by Capt D's later LOL
