Coreopsis "Mercury Rising"

Climbing Rose

Both shot with Pentax K-1 and Sigma 180mm macro lens. The Coreopsis also incorporated the use of extension tubes.

Thanks, I've got a lot more, but I don't want to infringe on your thread. Your shots inspired me to contribute a couple of mine. These are from my Nikon D5300.

I really don't want this thread to die, so I'll add some shots. My wife is a master at growing flower beds and I love taking pictures of her efforts.

In today's installment...I offer this pic and a question...what is this flower? My wife was the flower expert and a lot of knowledge of what things are passed with her...it comes back every year in the planter so I assume it's a perennial or over seeds itself like the celosia...

That's my wife's favorite rose.

Mine is this Hot Cocoa that we bought in Coos Bay. Never seen another like it.
