Here is the "boss" of the four dogs that rule our household...

His name is Riley, a Norfolk Terrier mix adopted from the local SPCA 4 yrs ago.

And after a bath....

And Max, he was also adopted from the SPCA 3 yrs ago. Was found wondering the city streets by animal control. He was 7lbs at the time he was picked up. Up to 9lbs now.

Miss Peanut adopted in 2001 from the SPCA.

And Diva, (came with the name!) going on 12 yrs.
She was also adopted from a family who no longer could care for her.

I would have a dozen dogs if the wife would let me.....

I've already posted this picture is CCarls' thread about working dogs, but I haven't taken any new ones in the past few days.

Copper, a purebred Redbone Coonhound whose father has won a lot of competitions.

He's 93 pounds of bone, muscle, and fur, about 20 pounds over the breed standard and he pulls like an ox. It's a good thing he's sweet and overly friendly.

Both of them playing catch with snowballs

Both are rescues from local shelters. Australian Cattle Dogs are my favorite breed.
