Just got back from Arizona and a trip to the Grand Canyon ... couldn't decide if I should post them here or on the smart-phone thread because my iphone is all I had but here are a few from the south rim anyway

Spring is in the air and the local real estate market is picking up.

I have a side gig doing photos for real estate listings, and shot this downtown Seattle condo this week. First time I have gone into Seattle proper and how little you get (or how much you pay) floored me. 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, 552 sq. Ft. - $500,000 and another $10,200+ a year betweeen property taxes and HOA fee.

Insane!

Yeah, it's nice, but how do they keep a Flag that big from touching the ground? (BTW, the Flag Code says that the US Flag is not supposed to be displayed horizontally.)

I found a cool hot rod and added 2 motorcycles I've had for years for a tenth birthday gift for my oldest grandson. The case previously was used to display my 1916 "Red 9" Mauser C96.

Thanks kimberkid.

Well it turns out I had 1/18th Harleys on a 1/24th truck. So I put the correct scale Corvette on in place of the bikes.

The C6 is exactly like the '08 I had for eight years and the first fast car my soon to be 10 year old grandson rode in. He LOVED it.

It appears to be a Gambel's quail sitting on that fence post. The males like to perch high and watch over their flock and watch out for danger so they can sound the alarm. Most of the time, they are just quietly clucking(?) reassuring that all is well.
