What did you photograph today?
Game camera caught a hungry Road Runner this AM.
This bird loves our back yard and may be planning to settle down.
Lizard was not having a good day.

A couple of years ago we had a very healthy population of long nose leopard lizards living under our front porch. You could sit out there and watch them frolic, fuck, whatever, all day long. Then a RR discovered them, came along the side of the house every day for a few weeks and picked them all off. We haven't seen one of the lizards for two years now.

Looking for love?

Fluffed itself up and stayed perched on the fence for over 10 minutes.

Z06, love the RR pictures. We had them nesting next to our property, we had a lot of fun watching them get "food" from the creek area behind our house. Sadly, my wife found two young ones dead by our garage, no signs of trauma?

This was last weekend on Little Creek Mesa, UT:

My brother was along with his Jeep:

We went out to a Dinosaur Track site on Saturday. There are about 1000 tracks in this area, made 190 million years ago!

With a purposeful grimace and a terrible sound
He pulls the cities high tension wires down

Helpless people on a subway train
Scream to god as he looks in on them

He picks up a bus and he throws it back down
As he wades through the buildings toward the center of town

Oh no, they say he's got to go go go Godzilla
Oh no, there goes Tokyo go go Godzilla

History shows again and again
How nature points out the folly of men
