It's 19-11-18
So here's a 1911 from 1918. Or 1919. The serial number range was from like October 1918 to April 1919. It's been some places though, that's for sure.

Cool pistol. As much as I hate the little bitty sights, if I was to buy a 1911 again, thats what I would get.
