Wife has trained our dogs and our bunnies to get along with each other. Dogs walk right past her where she is in the picture, and neither one shows any kind of reaction. If the door is closed, both dogs and bunnies use the huge doggie door (we have an Irish Wolfhound, the reason for the big doggie door). Both have free run of the house and fenced yard.

Wild bunnies are another story, though. Our extremely fast Borzoi chases them along the fence line (bunny outside the fence, dog inside).

That's the most foul, cruel, and bad tempered rodent you'll ever set your eyes on!

Look, that rabbit has a vicious streak a mile wide. It's a killer!

I call her DevilBunny, only because she's always into something. You'll find her anywhere in the house, getting into trouble. She'll play with you by boxing your hands or your trousers. She's only mean-tempered when you are near her litter of new-borns, which she had just delivered when that pic was taken.

My wife rescued her from a fire house in the Valley, where someone had dumped a new-born litter. This one was the runt, and they didn't think she'd live. Wife brought her home and fed her with a syringe, progressively up to solid food, and she's turned out to be a healthy adult.
