Up until June I did not have any AR's

Put a PSA upper on an Anderson lower
Then decided I needed a .308 to replace the FAL I had and got a Ruger SR-762

Now I'm rounding up parts for a pistol build.

I just got everything and put it together last night, so I haven’t fired it yet. I bought the upper and lower separately as it was a little cheaper that way. Fit and finish is excellent. Everything went together well and feels great.

my favorite SBR, my Colt 6933, previously owned and unfired by the PA State Police. (I have some vintage Vietnam era furniture on it, including the 3 prong FH) if the time comes that I ever need to get into the trunk, someone is going to have a bad day! :0

Not very expensive, but it was a gift from my son. That makes it invaluable.

Nice 6.5 Grendel! How does she shoot? I have been mulling around a new build. Toss up between 224 Valkyrie, 6.5 Grendel, and 6.5 Creedmoor. I am pretty sure I settled on 6.5 Grendel as the flavor.

While I was waiting for the 'stamp' on my LE6945 I was doing extensive research on a suppressor for the 5.56 of the Colt SBR + the later addition of 300BLK uppers I was going to build.
I first talked to Dr. Phil Dater (Gemtech) and got the go ahead for an 8" 300 & 10.3" 5.56 as far as using cans. Then I bought the SiCo Omega 300. Besides being full-auto rated it had the features I really wanted:

So no, I have had 0 issues with this set up.

Nor with the 10.3" 5.56
