Hello everbody, my name is Mike and I signed up just after taking delivery of my brand new Sig P238.



I've been on here a day and learned a lot of very useful info and look forward to learning much more.

Oh, I suppose I should post my backround here, heh. As for pistols, I own a Beretta PX4 Storm in .45 ACP, a Para GI Expert (my first 1911), a Desert Eagle in .50AE, and a Beretta U22 Neos (for practice). I was in the market for a pocket gun and walked into the local gun shop by me ready to walk out with a new Ruger LCP, but ended up coming home with this guy. This little Sig just felt better in my hands and I loved the usable sights and SA operation, as the LCP's trigger pull was pretty rough. I was planning on getting a Crimson Trace for the LCP, so all in all it would have been about what I paid for my Sig which has night sights. I think I made the right choice.

I picked up 100 rounds of Winchester FMJ target ammo to run through it soon. The price of .380 is just rediculous, I paid the same for a box of 50 Winchester .45 230 grain FMJ as I did for a box of the .380!

You are welcome. 380 is non existent here so I no longer own one, seems 9 and 40 are around so Im covered for now... but .45, .38 and .357 Mag are getting limited.
