Hi @ all!

I live in Germany 80 miles northwest from Frankfurt in the "Westerwald" highland.

My passion is shooting with SG550 and SIG210 in a competition team. Three and prone position from 100 to 300 m distance.

Sometimes I use my SG550 with some special parts:

- target sights
- sniper anti air-shimmer strap
- match grade trigger (1000 Gramms)
- Harris-BiPod-Adapter

No, it is not a space-gun...

My SIG210 is a model -2. Standard army quality.

Most of the time I use reloaded ammunition. My best group on 100 m with a Leupold 2,5-8x36 is 7/8 inch by 10 rounds.

OK. So long,

Matt

And never forget: cleaning it....

Welcome. I was wondering what is that hooded object in the bottom photo?

"Can you shoot?"
"No, I can't shoot. And you made me climb that thing for nothing."

Oh, that is a cleaning rod guide.

It is made exactely like the bold.

The problem is, that the steel brush gives a great tension on the cleaning roud while wiping.
And with this "Putzstockführung" you provide damages to rod or gun.

On the left side of this foto you see the guide insert in the upper and on the right side it is this part allone.
