In 1994, I got a Dillon 650 progressive press, which has served me quite well for the years since. Recently, I was having minor issues with it and decided to take them up on their refurbishment offer, which is to send them the press and a check for $119 which supposedly should cover any needed parts and labor to install/adjust, and the return shipping costs. I got it back last week, which was a really quick turn around, less then their stated time. I just last night got around to unboxing it to find a new 650 and an envelope attached to it with my un-cashed check, with the words "warranty repair" scrawled in red. That's pretty solid customer service right there. Heck, the $119 rebuild & return was a good deal even (or it would have been, anyway...)

What did it cost you to ship and what carrier did you use? I'm considering doing the same thing.
