Sorry, don't know too much about reloading! Can shotgun hulls be reused? I have over 100 28ga once used factory hulls. The plan was to buy a reloader and load my own. That was 13 years ago!

Yes, the 8 star crimp will load the best like win.AA or rem STS. This is the # of folds in the crimp. The 6 star or less just want crimp that good. Good luck
