I have one of the RCBS bench mount priming tools. Had it for a loooong time. I knocked it off the bench the other day onto a concrete floor and bent the top of the center post where the shell holders go. Shell holders would not fit any more. Asked RCBS how much a replacement part would cost. They sent me a new one at no charge!

RCBS very aggressively goes out of their way to keep customers coming back. I have had similar experiences with them. I misplaced the small primer seater for the hand priming tool and they insisted on sending me the upgraded parts for both small and large primers at no charge.
