My husband asked me to see what you all recommend
for a level 2 holster for a Sig P938 which has the fatter, Houge grips (if that part matters).

I don't know if we're on the same page re "Level 2." When I see "Level Two," I think "Level Two" retention, i.e., a safety strap (usually a thumb-break) and an additional retention device. This is normally something you find on a uniformed LEO's or armed security guard's duty holster. These aren't very suitable for concealed carry, nor is a P938 a common duty gun. Can you be more specific?
