First non introduction post so go easy on me haha

Ive had a 225a1 for a while and recently got the round count up enough to trust carrying it. The problem I have is those baseplates cut deep even through a shirt if the mag carrier doesn't fully cover them. I dont have that problem with the same mag carriers with different make/model handguns. Does anyone else have this problem? I'd hate to experiment on a magazine from a discontinued model pistol. I did a search and didn't see anything
