I was thinking about getting a Utah permit. Could you folks give me some info. What does the class entail and what is the procedure. I am also thinking about a CT non resident permit. Any info on that would also be appreciated.

I did a combined class NV/UT. Pretty simple, one day, instructor provided all paperwork/picture and I obtained a extra set of prints from the local sheriff's office (mailed away, returned in about 3 weeks). Here are a couple of links:
