This holster was made for revolvers carried upside down under arm and used an elastic strap under the off side. Getting to the point I am not comfortable with wearing a belt after surgery. I have Colt Agent 38 . I am currently carrying a G43 in a light weight Galco shoulder holster but cannot stop holster from sliding off a bit on the gun side with the center plate riding up.

Haunt Ebay. I have recently wanted a couple of older but excellent Bianchi holsters ( Askins Avenger) and have been successful.

eBay User ID jmar8944 runs an outfit called Vintage Gunleather Today. I came across them on Instagram. Incredible selection of leather there - they may have what you are looking for - if not right now, maybe later.
