The proper music adds so much to the film itself. Here is one of my favorites:

Really, anything by John Williams.

Last summer I had the awesome experience to see the Utah Symphony Orchestra perform The Music of John Williams at Deer Valley. Every song performed was amazing, but I think my favorite live was the theme from Jurassic Park.

That Jurassic Park theme is a good one.
No matter where I am it puts me in a helecopter flying over the beautiful scenery of Costa Rica.

I had goosebumps listening to it in front of a live Orchestra.

Yeah. I bet. Thanks for posting. Here is another of my favorites. Original 1971 movie is great too.

(Technically, it's a television series and not a movie.)

Also along the James Bond line, the theme (perhaps the only one sans lyrics?) to “On Her Majesty’s Secret Service.”

I like Last of the Mohicans

Surprisingly, some of the music in Robo Cop is pretty good too.

Lara's Theme from Dr. Zhivago is near the top of my list. Great song from a great movie.

Even with a great cast including Sir Richard Burton and Clint Eastwood, virtually the only thing good about the 1968 war movie "Where Eagles Dare" was the opening theme. 50+ years from the time I watched it as a teenager, I still love it!
