The proper music adds so much to the film itself. Here is one of my favorites:

Really, anything by John Williams.
Last summer I had the awesome experience to see the Utah Symphony Orchestra perform The Music of John Williams at Deer Valley. Every song performed was amazing, but I think my favorite live was the theme from Jurassic Park.

That Jurassic Park theme is a good one. No matter where I am it puts me in a helecopter flying over the beautiful scenery of Costa Rica.

I had goosebumps listening to it in front of a live Orchestra.

Yeah. I bet. Thanks for posting. Here is another of my favorites. Original 1971 movie is great too.

(Technically, it's a television series and not a movie.)

Don’t hold me to it, because I might think of something else later, but the first thing that came to mind is this:

Also along the James Bond line, the theme (perhaps the only one sans lyrics?) to “On Her Majesty’s Secret Service.”

Even with a great cast including Sir Richard Burton and Clint Eastwood, virtually the only thing good about the 1968 war movie "Where Eagles Dare" was the opening theme. 50+ years from the time I watched it as a teenager, I still love it!
