For me it’s “Simple Twist of Fate” written by Dylan. It’s hard to pick one song out of Dylan’s work as there are so many with lyrics that stir memories.


Like an earlier poster, I don’t like her politics but Baez really gives this song it’s due.

Surprisingly, the first song that came to mind for me was also by Gordon Lightfoot, The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald.

I used to play this song and my kids all came to love it too. Now, my oldest grandson is 7, and it's his favorite song.
