While an interesting twist for sure, I don't know that it qualifies. She was playing a woman who was pretending to be Julia Roberts for about 20 minutes.

I don't think Abbott and Costello would count. (okay, had to double check IMDB on this one) While their names where often in the title, their characters names were different. Even when they were "Bud" and "Lou", the characters last name was different.
