Correct!

"It's an experiment, really. The wolves are supposed to eat caribou, however there are no caribou. Basically what the wolves have been eating is mice. So I'm conducting an experiment to see whether a carnivore, a big animal, can live on nothing but mice. So I've been eating nothing but mice. And I'm doing fine."'

I wasn’t sure because I haven’t seen that movie in at least 20 years, but as a child the blender scene made quite an impression.

Here is a tricky one:

“Then quite frankly, Mr. President, we can clean their chronometers.”

Bonus points if you can identify why it’s a tricky one.

Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country

(It's tricky because this scene with Colonel West, whose character was a thinly disguised Oliver North, was deleted with all his others from the original theatrical release, but appeared in VHS and some DVD versions.)

Correct! When René Auberjonois was cast in Deep Space 9 the powers that be in the studio decided it would be too confusing for fans to see him in two roles in the Star Trek universe and he was subsequently removed from all later versions of the film. I still have an original VHS with the full version.

Oh yes, that line does appear in that movie, so your answer is not incorrect, just not the one I was thinking of (did I just dangle a participle?). So you get credit for a correct answer, but the question remains open. (Unless Arc wants to run this thread a different way.)

There's going to be lines that appear in more than one movie. It's probably up to the poster to choose quotes that if not unique are somewhat iconic in some way.

Perhaps we need to choose some dialog a tad less ubiquitous. Wink "We gotta go back" is probably in dozens of movies. Heck a half dozen correct answers on the first two pages of Google. Big Grin

To me, that is the point and fun of the question: which "we gotta go back" did he mean? It's basically a Google-proof quote (well, Google-resistant).

Let's just throw the video clue on this one:

Michael, remember when we first met and we went to that horrible part of town
to buy you those dreadful clothes?

I was a little scared, you told me not to worry, you had my back.
You remember that?
Yes, ma'am.

And if anyone tried to get to me, you would've stopped them, right?

And when you and SJ were in that car wreck, what did you do to the airbag?

Stopped it.
You stopped it [point to Michael] YOU stopped it.

This team is your family, Michael.
You have to protect them from those guys, okay?

Listen...

Tony here is your quarterback, all right?
You protect his blind side.

When you look at him, you think of me, how you have my back, how you have his, okay?
All right...

Oompa-Loompa here is your tailback.
When you look at him, think of SJ and how you'd never let anyone or anything hurt him.

You understand me?
All right, got it?
What about Collins and Mr. Tuohy?
Fine, they can be on the team too.
Are you gonna protect the family, Michael
Yes, Ma'am.
Good boy. Now go have some fun.

Ok, here's an easy one.

"I'm sorry, I hate it when it does that."
