Looks like that premier also airs on 23-FEB. Found this little tidbit on Wikipedia...

"Danai Gurira, who has starred as Michonne since the third season, affirmed that the tenth season will be her last, and has only signed on for a recurring role during the season. She has stated however, that she may join Andrew Lincoln in the three follow-up feature films."

I know there are TWD haters in the group, but dang...I have so much time invested in this stupid series that I can't let it go now. Also, it's going on Season 11...I HOPE there's not a Season 12. "Hate posts" are welcomed, as you guys are friggin' HILARIOUS!!! Big Grin

Again, there are sure to be spoilers discussing each episode, so let this serve as the ***SPOILER ALERT*** warning. Razz

I am with you ERJ. My wife and I have made it up to this point. Primarily coasting on intertia from earlier in the series.

I recently canceled cable and but Better Call Saul will most likely make me sign up for AMC streaming so I will be able to kill 2 birds with one stone.

I have a Roku box and just put AMC's Channel in my lineup. I believe I'll be able to watch TWD and BCS the day AFTER it airs live via the Roku.

I noped out when they were hunting Negan and he was standing on a balcony maybe twenty five feet from Rick. I kept screaming he’s right there, shoot him in the face! I couldn’t take the writing after that.

I hear it got kinda good again though. True?

We fight for our future.

Great. Crawlers. Cave crawlers.

Crass rewards have their benefits.

Tense and terse episode. This is good writing. I feel like the series is still going somewhere.

What?

This episode blew!

Caves for 30 minutes...on and on and on...

Carol has paralyzing claustrophobia but yet wanders off from the exit they were digging? That was just stupid.

They phoned this in...

Negan, all powerful can’t grab Alpha and snap her neck like a twig? All she has is knife.

Jerry being Hodor?

Carols whining at the end...blech...

Megan.....taking one for the team!

I think, eventually.....Negan will somehow save our group. You just know.....that some of the group will still want to punish him for his past evils against the group. Of course Negan will bring up his.....encounter.....with Alpha!

Negan: Do you know what I had to do???

It was only minutes before show time that the thought came to me, "Isn't the mid-season pseudo-premiere today?" I tuned into AMC and saw yup, it was on.

Maybe if I'd turned off the room lights I would have been able to see what was on the screen, but holy Shiite, half of what was going on was unviewable by me. I was so glad Talking Dead wasn't on immediately after, otherwise I might have stayed tuned in to see what excuses they made about the show.

Ech.

WAG -- Drawing from memory, weren't there hints that Beta may have some not-hetero past? So Beta and Alpha get the hots for Negan, conflict ensues. Alternatively, Beta is tailing Gamma who has developed a dialog with gay Aaron. Beta and Aaron sitting in a tree...

I'm curious about this season. I must admit that I enjoyed the show when the Zombies were the bad guys. Now that zombies are an after thought and its people vs people I can't help the fact I'm rooting for the zombies.

By this time the Zombies will be many fewer. However the damage done to human life will take years to stabilize. The new series supposedly in Canada will be interesting.

Enough time has passed...shouldn't many of zombies be rotted to the point of not being a danger?

It is interesting how the weapons have changed over the past few seasons.

The new kiddie Walking Dead looking interesting. Maybe freshening up the story. Can't help but think they are using that to draw the story line to the helicopter/Rick/the kids.

Oh good grief!
Worst.
Episode.
EVER!!!!

I mean...c'mon!! Forest sex?!?! YIKES!! Eek Maybe I'm just old, but I don't care how long it's been...I'm still pretty selective with fairly high standards. Maybe the writers were shooting for a "Squeal like a pig" moment. Who friggin' knows... Roll Eyes

Carol has turned into an utter and complete DUMB-ASS!! Get her off the show before I bash in my TV. This show had better turn it around FAST or I'm done.

Yeah! And how is it possible zombies have the jaw strength to bite? I would think bone structure would have deteriorated to the point that biting something/someone would cause the lower jaw to just drop off or teeth to fall out. ESPECIALLY when biting on a hiking boot? As in Jerry's boot?!? JSMH...

Just a side note...when you shoot your enemy and he is down, walk up to him, stand over him point-blank, and shoot him in the gd head. Jeezus H. Christ on a popsicle stick...
