Nine Inch Nails.
They’re popular and all but dang I can’t stand their music never have been able to.
Not sure why as I enjoy lots of others that are similar.

P220 SmudgeRush. Geddy Lee's voice bothers me to an unreasonable degree.
Right up there are Neil Young and Bob Dylan, but you said bands.

I like 80s rock/metal, but I've never been a fan of either Bon Scott or especially Brian Johnson's voice. I find their music to be very grating.

I really like NiN... Just not their 3-4 most popular songs. (Especially "Closer", which is one of my Top 10 Least Favorite Songs.)

I agree, to a point. As I've stated before, I enjoy Rush
despite Geddy Lee's singing. Unlike AC/DC, Rush's songs and technical musical ability are just enough to make up for his vocals.

Many NIN albums sound so different that many people don’t realize it’s still Trent Reznor. Maybe you need to expand a bit.
