I have an old Ipod that has started to really act up on me. I have it connected to my '16 4Runner. It regularly freezes, displays the wrong image, and is slow to respond.
I don't know if it is dying or not.
I started to look at the newer Ipod Touch.
They look neat, but I'm not sure I want a camera.
Do they use a SSD? If so, what generation did that start?
If I'm using this strictly for music storage, what do you all recommend?

Internal battery needs replacing? How far are you from an Apple Store? Maybe time for a Genius appointment.

Which model iPod?

I had a Nano until ran through the wash. Picked up a Touch and have had it for a few years now. So far the only trouble is update oriented, but overall I like it.

There are lots of places online that repair iPods and iPhones. Do a google search and maybe give one of them a call.. I got lucky and found somebody local.
