Help - signed up for Disney+ on Roku TV but can't watch on other devices Login/Join

I used our new Roku TV to sign up for Disney+. I tried using the same email and password on other devices, iPad, iPhone, etc., but it doesn't work. Am I stuck only watching Disney+ on the TV?

I did look at both the Disney+ website and the Roku website, but the answer wasn't easily found. I've tried using the app on my phone, but it says I need a subscription. Logging into the Roku website shows I have a subscription and Disney+ works on my TV.

Did you sign up for a Disney+ account? Is that the login you’re trying to use?

Yes, I signed up for Disney+ through Roku. When I sign into my account on Room's website, it shows I have Disney+ and Disney+ works on my TV. Using the same email address and password I setup when I signed up through Roku in the Disney+ app on my phone does not work. Using the Roku app to watch Disney+ on my phone does not work either. The Roku app says I need a subscription which I have.

You need to use the Disney+ APP on your phone or tablet to stream Disney+, not the roku app.

I've tried the Disney+ app with the same credentials I set up when I signed up for Disney+ through Roku. It does not work.

I just signed up using the website then loaded the app on the Roku, XBOX, and Amazon FireTV with no issues.

I’d cancel the account on that email since you are still in the trial.
Create a new account on the website and not on a 3rd party app.
