Pearl Jam - Ten
Is probably the first 100% solid album I ever listened too.

In addition to a lot of others that were already mentioned:

Avenged Sevenfold - Waking The Fallen
Rarely do I listen to just one song on this album and I never put it on shuffle.

Avenged Sevenfold - City Of Evil
Avenged Sevenfold - Nightmare
Alice In Chains - Dirt
Alice In Chains - Jar of Flies

It's good stuff. I haven't heard all of his albums but PHM is surely his best.

I'm going to put my favorite album in: Jeff Beck - Blow by Blow.

Pink Floyd - Animals is good from start to finish.

An honest to god ALBUM?? Like you put it in the player and let it play the entire way from the first second of track 1 to the last second of track whatever?

Not many of those left....

That's gonna require some thought and off the top of my head, there are two albums I own that I can let play from first to last second and not be tempted to change it...

Guns and Roses - Appetite for Destruction
Cauterize - So Far from Real (props to anyone that owns this one)

How we consume music, and how it is made, has indeed changed, and with it, I fear has already come to pass the demise of The Album. That's why I'm shamelessly fishing for solid blocks of gold I might not already own.

Also, to, like, help other people.

Posting "favorite new bands" in this thread? The audacity. I'll allow it, but it's your cred on the line.

Project 86 - Drawing Black Lines
Chevelle - Wonder What’s Next
Breaking Benjamin - We Are Not Alone
Evans Blue - The Melody and the Pursuit (especially the full acoustic set)
Emery - The Weak’s End
Alan Jackson - Let It Be Christmas

I own likely close to 1,000 albums and SIX make list. It is early so I may be missing a couple but that is a pretty low percentage.
Though I the rule of 3 when buying CDs (yup still do that) must be 3 solid tracks before I buy.
