Though my teenage boys refused to join us, my wife wanted to go see Paddington Bear II. What I saw was cute, but I slept through most of it. The things we do for love. <shrug>

The budget should be balanced, the Treasury should be refilled, public debt should be reduced, the arrogance of officialdom should be tempered and controlled, and the assistance to foreign lands should be curtailed lest Rome become bankrupt. Taking the daughter tomorrow. Should I sit in the balcony, or the floor (with beer)?

Eh, it’ll be no beer either way.

ETA: we enjoyed Peter Rabbit.

I enjoyed it, as did the daughter. They really did well with animating the bear (FX-wise).

And I had pizza, she had root beer, and we both had popcorn.

I liked it enough that I will find Paddington 1 on Amazon, Netflix, or On-Demand. For me.
