I am/was a "rusty pilot" with close to 200 hours and just passed a BFR in my club 152 based at KDVN. My plan is to buy a used 172, and I'm thinking the Cessna Assn could provide lots of resources beyond what local 172 owners could add.

Does anyone belong?

I’ve been a member in the past. Now I’m a member of the piper owners society and the Cessna 170 association.

CPA had a decent message board but I didn’t use them for prepurchase info or anything like that.

P.
