ok... megan fox plays jennifer.
but we dont see that much of the body... if you catch my drift... bigger star in this flick is amanda seyfried though. she is the underlaying character from scene one until the final scene we see during the credits. anyways, i wont spoil this flick but if you saw any of the trailers or even the tv commercials, you can see what most of the story is about. what you dont know though is how jennifer got that way. anyways, there is a nice making out scene between megan and amanda... you coulda heard a pin drop in the theater... lol... movie was written by the same ex-stripper turned writer who wrote JUNO. no gun play in the flick, but since tonite's episode of LOCK AND LOAD WITH R LEE EMERY was about shotguns, i'd give JENNIFER'S BODY 3 out of 7 2.5" mixed load (buck and slug) from my tacti-cool remmie 870 shottie. btw, megan fox's tattoo was very well strategically hidden. i kept waiting for a scene where the silly tatt of female's face is on her right forearm. or the silly words on her midsection. btw, stick around for the credits. wait for DVD for this one. ______ ------ leo d. |

I'm glad I caught Ermey's episode about the shotgun. I think I'll skip the movie though.

Saw this yesterday afternoon with the wife. It is not worth it to see in the theatre. Definately wait until DVD. I kept falling asleep when I was not rolling my eyes at all of the cheesy new words megan fox's character was trying to use.

You know, I'm pretty sure a movie came out in 2006 that is exactly like this movie.

I will come out and say that Amanda Seyfried is way hotter than that overrated Megan Fox:

I will most assuredly agree with you, sir! .................................................................................................................. A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and he carries his banners openly. But the traitor moves among those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the galleys, heard in the very hall of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor - he speaks in the accents familiar to his victims, and wears their face and their garment, and he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation - he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of a city - he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to be feared. ∑ Cicero, 42 B.C. |

You might be thinking of Tamara, which I just coincidentally saw a couple of days before Jennifer's Body, and is close enough that I am confusing scenes between the two movies.
They did show how, you must have been in the bathroom or something. I thought it was better than than I thought it would be, it was not campy, and did have some pretty creepy moments. I was fairly snockered at the time, so maybe my assessment is a bit off. But I think its definitely worth waiting for the DVD to be in the 4.99 bin at the least. |

I saw this movie last night and was entertained. I didn't think I'd like it, but I actually did, haha. The script is very witty and very well done. As you know the same writer did JUNO, but in this particular case the lines work for Megan perfectly (I couldn't really reconcile the words JUNO said with her character, but in this movie they fit Megan to a T).
Also, Megan makes a surprisingly scary and convincing demon-zombie, which is how I'd have to describe her possessed state. Anyway, I think this would make a good rental movie. __________________________________________ "Women should always wear tight clothing, and men should carry powerful handguns." - Calvin (Bill Watterson) |

Megan Fox is hottness incarnate, Amanda is OK but a bit wholesome. Megan is a great bad girl.
