Funny. That's if you believe the reward poster that says Alex was killed on Sunday June 29. Except he was killed after Chrissie Watkins, and her death report lists her death as July 1st 1974. It could be a typo, since it also lists her body being moved to the "Corners Office." And June 29 in '74 was a Saturday.

Also, Quint says his ship was sunk on June 29th, but the USS Indianapolis was torpedoed July 30. Of course, Quint (and Robert Shaw himself) is pretty drunk at the time, so I think he gets a pass.
