Manfred Mann's Earth Band cover? I like it.

SRV's version of Little Wing is breathtaking.
Marylin Manson's Sweat Dreams and Tainted Love are IMO an improvement.

I like the cover version's of Heaven I've heard, mainly the one by Simply Red but there is another one i like too.

Mother by Pink Floyd, the OST version is nice.

Comfortably numb from Back against the Wall with Chris Squire is very good, the whole album is awesome.

Santana's Europa by Gato Barbieri is excellent.
