I shoulda bought one sooner Roll Eyes
The original hand grip is just..dinky. It made for an awkward grip angle for me.

That and the Rock River 2 stage trigger I purchased at the same time has really changed the Bushmaster into a different rifle. All I need to do is figure out how to get some more length out of the standard telescoping stock, maybe just screw on a piece of wood.. I just can't see spending too much money on the stock. Once I figure that out I think I'll finally have a rifle that I'll be happy to shoot.

I wish I had snagged one of those handle mount scopes that CDNN had on sale, word seems to be that it's not a bad scope for $99. I Hope they stock more of them.

And finally, if I hadn't already dropped $150+ on a grip and a trigger I'd would have walked out with a GSG-5. lack of pocket money prevented it but one day but very soon, I will have a GSG-5. Wink

I had a fun weekend, hope everyone else did too.

God bless spandex in the future

Also the MIAD MOE will be a good buy for most people with average size hands that don't need an adjustable back strap.

I have both the MIAD and MOE. Both of them better positions my hand for a more comfortable trigger pull.

I've been very happy with the MIAD. It's a cheap upgrade that can really change the feel of the rifle.

I use the flat front strap and large backstrap. If I could buy a non modular version that had these contours I would. I have not seen *any* MOE grips for sale though. May not be looking hard enough.

Those slip on rubber butt pads give a telescoping stock some additional length at the cost of a little weight. Remember though, that you want your nose pretty close to the charging handle. Don't make it too long.

I got my MOE grip from Aim Surplus, 1¢ shipping from them. Also seen them at DSG Arms.
