Change rifle lower to pistol lower Login/Join

Greetings. I know this has been discussed, but I can't find the thread(s).

So, I have an unused complete lower (been) and would like to forgo the stamp for an sbr. What do I need to do to identify the lower as a pistol lower and simply attach a 10.5 upper?
