that video that was posted here a few weeks ago keeps playing in my mind...

the more I look at it, the better it gets, and the app that makes it more versatile than the BORS to me is a huge step

its good to around 1130 yards and does everything but wind

whats not to like

There are times in your life that you really kick yourself in the ass.

Back in the late 80s, my brother (a mechanical engineer) and I considered trying to patent and market a rifle scope with a built-in laser rangefinder.

We decided it would be too much trouble and too costly. Roll Eyes Mad

Oh well. Back to work.

yeah, the price is a bit of a kick

speaking of lost ideas, while I was in engineering school I toyed with the idea of how to make the cabin of a car completely noise cancelling - active technology which was just getting started. Was working out the electrical power requirements and computers when I found out that if I did anything, the school owned it and I wouldn't get a dime....so I stopped

I know I can't afford it, so I won't bother asking the price.

Circa 2007 when I still lived in Phoenix, I went to the Scottsdale Fashion Square and happened upon a Swarovski crystal store. I was disappointed to not see any rifle scopes. You know you're a gun nut firearms enthusiast when that happens. Smile

Why is this in the lounge.

Also, please be more specific about why you're posting a thread than just naming an item in the title.

Arc.
