Actually, he mentioned that he has already built one, and is going to build another one for himself. He built one for a guy in Colorado after they passed the magazine ban.

My .45 ACP holds 15 rounds.I bet that the 9mm would hold 17 to 20.

The gunsmith is Don (Cody Conagher) Jones.

If he does it on your rifle it is less than if he supplies the rifle too. Rifle with action job and conversion is $1,995 depending on supplies of rifles.
