That's a VERY early OD green Herndon import with the round toe one-piece stock and ribbed magwell. That's going to go for more than their estimates. The LAFW surplus 551-2 SP Swats from MM go for that with the barrel extensions (sold mine to snag a grey 551 with round toe from JDI in December).

mishsaco sold this one on GB with the ribbed magwell and it went for $7200 as I recall (a new old stock 550 of the same vintage went for $10500 last week):
