Looking at either a Nikon P 223 3x9x40 or a Bushnell 3x9x40 AR optics, both have the BDC reticle. Anyone have any experience with either? Thanks in advance.

My FIL has the 4-12 version of the Nikon 223 scope with the BDC.

Nice glass for the money, I honestly don't like the open circle type BDC but he does.
