Seriously?! I haven't been paying attention. I really enjoyed shooting a TAVOR last winter and thought it was one of those firearms I'd never be able to own.
I'd need more information on the internals and quality before putting my money down on one, but it was an extremely fun gun to shoot.

Not being a diq, but I have been waiting for many designs to hit the market.
Yeah, I've seen it happen too many times and have been on a wait list for a Pistol-Training.com S&W M&P 9 since January.
I don't have the cash right now and would wait anyway until I hear some range reports. I should know better than to get all excited, but I'm also patient. It took me 16 months to put my AR build together. . .

I skimmed through all 30 pages last night. I like the direction they appear to be headed based on the comments from the Charles Daly president / representative. I believe he stated that 90% of the parts are already made in the US! I appreciated the photos of the rifle stripped down. It looks very simple.
There are a lot of assumptions, rumors, and things that need to fall into place to make this happen. Again, I'm patient and I really don't need one. It was just so much fun to shoot!

If you want one be prepared to pay a premium or wait a while. Direct quote from Charles Daly below.
Initial production is planned for a "limited" quantity, at least until we see what the potential market size for this type of rifle is. By "limited" we mean just 200 to 300 per month. At this level we would expect that demand will exceed supply for at least a year or more. We would prefer to keep the market "hungry' rather than over produce.
