I would like to buy some. Any leads for good pricing from a good retailer on these?

Thanks all.

Are these comparable to the 30 rd version or is there a premium for these for a reason?

Palmetto State Armory has the Okay mags, but with a limit of 5.

Before I switched to Pmags with my 223 AR15s, my first mags were from Brownells. I use their aluminum mags now for 300 blackout loads, so I don't mix ammo and chamber types. Those old Brownell mags are going strong after many years of use.

A quick review of a google search for "20 round aluminum AR15 mag" gave a bunch of options. Some are nicely priced, some not so much. Some distributors have inventory, some don't.

Brownell’s with out a doubt. I use them for my duty
rifle and my personal AR’s. Never have had an issue w/ them. Dirty, clean, sand, snow, etc....

Upon arriving in Kandahar/Helmund we began to fill out our kits and trucks.

We had a limited number of PMags that were left by the contractors and some of the guys were real particular and wanted PMags. To them Aluminum mags were verboten so I was more than happy to carry geriatric mags in the geriatric truck (My team was all over 40)

Since I never used Brownell's before, but have used Okay in the past I decided to carry a mixed load.

I tried and tried to abuse them but they never failed.

I still carry them in my kit for the Army and now for LE.

Is weaponoutfitters a source someone can vouch for. I've not used them and the internet really doesn't say much. I like the tan Okays and they have them.

If you want Colt mags here is a link but they are $25. Before COVID, I purchased these for $15.99 on sale from them.

Weapon Outfitters is GTG. I've bought from them a few times, most recently an EOTech back over the summer. All have gone off without a hitch.

I have a few GI 20rd mags, since I largely prefer 20’s.
I have to say, though...my go to 20rd mags are Lancers, now. That’s the mag I keep handy for the HD AR.
