I take it, you're asking about the DD5s and if they're piston or DI.

If so, the DD5s are DI. The 16" V1s are mid length gas and the 18" V2s are rifle length.

I picked up a DDM4V7 on Saturday. To the range it went on Sunday. I must say I'm definitely a fan of the mid-length gas system. I think that I'll pick u a BCM rifle when I decide I want to replace my other Colt. Still holding on to the Colts for the moment until the market is slightly less soft, lest I take too much a bath.
