Digging through my mags lately, I came across a number of AKM mag tubes that I purchased years ago, probably at Knob Creek. These are from the days when people used magazine parts to reach 922r compliance. Anywho, no need for US parts from a compliance standpoint, but I want to get these mags operational in light of the state of politics these days. I've found floorplates and followers on K-var, but springs are a sticking point. I'm not keen on paying like $9/spring for Wolff or similar because that essentially means I'm going to pay more to complete these tubes than I can get a NIW factory steel mag for.
