They'd have to modify the lever, to, because when its fully open, it takes up space that would be used by an extended magazine.

There is a 9 or 13 round magazine available for the Browning BLR, but I don't think it's available in the US. It's Australian, believe it or not. I think the lever hits the extended magazine on the BLR, too.

Already discontinued but it seems they are still out there.
