When you shoot a .50 cal, you can see your breath?

I ended up watching a bunch of Kentucky Ballistics videos after watching his rifle blow up.

In the video at the link below, they're shooting 50 cal and mentioned that you can see your breath after a shot.

They made a shot, then they saw their breath. I had no idea this was a thing.

They start talking about this phenomena about 1:55 into the video.
