Very Nice Wink

Very cool. If it were mine I'd really be tempted to adapt a skeletal stock with it. Make it a true "ghost gun", so to speak. Big Grin

These laminate/stainless Marlins are great sellers around here, particularly in 45-70 and 30-30. But a 357 definitely hits a sweet spot, especially for revolver folk.

I'd consider a different stock but haven't seen options available. I would't want something like this though. That's too much.

So how are you liking your Marlin? I'm really thinking about picking up one of those with the Midwest rail.

It's my favorite long gun now. It shoots very well with .357 but .38 groups open up quite a bit. I'm mostly interested in using .357 with it though. It's just a nice size and handles very well. I also have a Ruger 77/357 and greatly prefer the Marlin.
