I was doing some searching for good deals on ammo and found some really good prices on Fiocchi 9mm and .45

$179/1000 Fiocchi 115gr 9mm
$279/1000 Fiocchi 230gr .45

The only thing is that I've never heard of this place, and am a little skeptical.

Anyone ever bought from them?

Hmmm. Never heard of them either. That looks like a very simplistic and basic site offering only a few different loads at the most. Looks like a "new" dealer just starting out with very minimal and limited stock but who knows? FWIW, that price, which does not include shipping, is only $10 bucks less than the last 1000 rds of 115gr WWB that a buddy and I bought. It was $189 plus shipping ($204.00 total). Why not buy 10 boxes of WWB at The Happy Face Place at $18.96/per 100 and pay right at 2 bills and have peace of mind? That's what that Fiocchi's going to run you after shipping anyway. That's a decent price and only a slight tad below the going rate. I personally like Fiocchi; it's not bad and I've never had an issue with it in various calibers.

Just my .02 cents.....

Where are you finding Fiocchi for $200/1000 OTD?

Most places I've seen are over $200 before shipping.

I shoot a lot of WWB, but IMO, it's a step down compared to Fiocchi. I'd put Fiocchi inline with Speer Lawman and Fed AE, only a little hotter. The Fiocchi load they have is 115gr @ 1350ft/sec which is +p territory for most other brands. Makes it a good compliment to SD ammo.

The site looks legit, but in searching some gun boards I couldn't find a mention of them anywhere. It would be nice to hear from someone who's dealt with them, or knows someone who's dealt with them. Hell at those prices I'd settle for a someone who's even heard of them.

It looks like it was started by Riley's Gun Shop of NH. The link is about halfway down the page.

I wish there was a way to see the shipping price without typing in all your info.

Dan's Ammo and there is no suspect about being standup!

Nice price. Buy with a credit card and you're protected. The Fiocchi ammo is top drawer.

The shipping to Virginia comes to $23.

I heard For Fiocchi, the purple boxed ones are good while the blue boxed ones are not so good.
anyone can verify this?

Thanks

I would say not true in my experience. I have shot plenty of blue box (cases) without issue. Fiocchi is a hot load though.

I'm referring to the OP's thread. $179+shipping is gonna be right at $200.

I am the OP.

I was referring to your statement "That's a decent price and only a slight tad below the going rate."

I had assumed you were saying the going rate for a case of Fiocchi was only a slight tad more than the price I found. I was curious where you were finding a case of Fiocchi at the 'going rate' since I havent been able to find Fiocchi below $200 w/o shipping.

Agree that this appears affiliated with Riley's. I've bought a few guns from Riley's (they are a bit of a drive for me) but all of the people I know that live close to Riley's swear by them.
