A little back ground.

I was introduced to Natchez on this board so I figured I would relay to everyone a recent experience I have had with them.

I ordered a case of ammo back in January and everything went perfect. CCI Blazer in .45.

Two weeks ago I placed another order for ammo, this time 9mm and 45. This is where the saga begins.

I got home and found the package on the front porch. I brought it in and went about catching up on housework. When I finally had a chance to open the package I found an error so I emailed them.

The next day I recieved an email reply and was told to call in. Two days went by before I had the chance. I spoke to a great guy who listened to what I had to say and then said he would take care of it.

Today I was taken care of. I must say that they had every right to say no to the situation but they did not. They did right by me.

From now on if the price is close I'm going with Natchez. Grade A company.

Thought you might want to know.

For those who gave all... Please give a little!

I've always had great service from them. Never a shipping problem, always 3 day delivery. One of the best online dealers.

I've also had great experiences with Natchez.

Over the years, I've had 1 or 2 situations where they stepped up and did the right thing even though they didn't have to.

I was very impressed with the two purchases I made from Natchez both came VERY quickly and the prices were great! I think I am only going to buy ammo from them in the future....good bye walmart!

Ordering online is soooooo much better than pissing my time away trying to find the a#^$hole who is supposed to be in the sporting goods section but somehow is never there!! or once he/she finally arrives they dont have the key and have to find their partner who is also never there.

Does Natchez still tack on a $4 handling fee in addition to shipping?

There is a fee.

I don't recall exactly how much it is right now, but it is there.

+1 for Natchez; have posted this in another area, can't remember if on this forum or not...LONG story short: I a Glock 19 mag issue; called and asked for notched G19 mags; was promised them; delivered non-notched (which typically should work, but in my case do not), and wrong price ($1 higher) charged; called, and it took a few calls (not too many, seems like they are making sure the issue gets solved correctly and their company doesn't get screwed, which saves us all money): in short order, they had sent me a label/scheduled UPS pick-up at my home, sent the new mags at the correct price, and had even called Glock about my issue. The only item left is to insure that I get the proper credit for the returned mags (I'm betting it turns out right).
I am a satisfied customer, waiting for them to restock a couple of products so I can order from them instead of going to another store.

I've never had an issue with them. I just found a reciept for 500 rds. of .223 Federal for 93.25 that I got from them a year or so ago. But I don't live in the Natchez ban states that some of our southern friends do. Seems stupid policy.

I have been stocking up 200rnds at a time on their SS109 Sellier & Bellot 62gr NATO spec.
It is clean shooting, accurate and new manufactured combat quality .223. Their price on the S&B 55gr and Federal Tactical 55gr are decent as well.
