While doing a re-arranging of my ammo, I found 37 boxes of Win WinClean 38 Special that I ordered about a year ago. That would make my 38 Special inventory:

Remington UMC (90 x 50) 4500
CCI Blazer (36 x 50) 1800
CCI Lawman (16 x 50) 0800
Rem UMC Leadless (12 x 50) 0600
Magtech Guard Gold (1 x 20) 0020
Win WinClean (37 x 50) 1850
Total: 9570

With so much ammo why do you have more on order? I can't imagine you're running out any time soon, and the prices are still coming down.

EDIT: just noticed you're in CA. With your ammo restriction coming up it makes sense.

What is the restriction coming up in ammo in Cali?

There is something seriously wrong with how you people are wired!!!

There is absolutely no reason for panicing...I mean hoarding.

I don't feel comfortable with less than 1000 rounds of my mainstay, 9mm. I shoot 100-200 on each trip to the range.

Says the one living in TN. In CA, I'd like to have every last spare round I can scrounge. Unfortunately, my total stash is under 3k at the moment due to debt payoffs.

I am close to being done with my stocking up. I would like another 3-4,000 rounds of 9mm FMJ. I shoot 300 rounds per range visit. I shoot once a month for ten months (I skip July and Aug due to the heat).

Hopefully the lawsuits pending for blocking the restriction of non-face to face ammo sales in California will be effective.

In the mean time, you guys out in California need to be careful about all that hoarding. All that extra weight may just finally cause California to break off and fall into the ocean. I'd really hate to see all that ammo go to waste. Wink

Remember, you can never have too much ammo or cat litter.

I've got about 1k of .45 and 2.5k of 9mm. Then another 1k in 5.52/223. Nothing impressive, I just like having enough on hand to not need to go to the store to buy more everytime.

Just checked out the current prices over at Natchez. Unless my local WMs get some more ammo in, I may be waiting a while before buying anymore. $20 for 50 rounds of aluminum case Blazer 45 ACP!
